“Palestinian” jihad intensifies as Muslims fire 200 rockets at Israeli civilians
Scores of rockets continued to be launched from the Gaza Strip toward Israel on Monday, with at least 2 projectiles landing in border communities and hitting an Israeli bus, leaving a 19-year-old in critical condition.
Israel responded with air strikes "throughout the Gaza Strip", killing at least 2 Palestinians and injuring several more.
IDF said that at least 200 launches were identified, with about 60 interceptions by Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system.
3 more people were reported lightly injured in Israel’s southern city of Sderot, as Rocket alerts continued to sound near the border but also as far as the Dead Sea and Hebron.
The military wing of Gaza’s ruling Hamas claimed responsibility for the barrage of rockets fired into southern Israel.
"The joint command of Palestinian factions announce the beginning of bombardments of the enemy’s settlements with scores of rockets," the Ezzedine al Qassam Brigades group said in a statement
