There's more young Swedish girls who want to make a difference with progressive, left-wing ideas than just Greta Thunberg. Now, a new youngster has shown up. Wilma, 10 thinks that a country as multicultural as Sweden should be called Mixland, "Blandland" in Swedish and wrote a letter to Prime Minister Stefan Löfven with her request.
"People discriminated"
"The reason is that we all are coming from mixed countries", Wilma says to, claiming that people are "discriminated" in Sweden.
The Social democratic PM, Stefan Löfven, did actually answer Wilma’s letter. He called the suggestion "inventive and that the idea's basically appealing". However, an official name change isn't on the table according to the social democrat, who explains to Wilma that the country name Sweden "has a legacy from history".
